Im Strategieteam arbeiteten Menschen aus allen Fachbereichen der Berliner Feuerwehr zusammen. Sie brachten Erfahrung und Wissen aus den Bereichen Notfallmedizin, Leitstelle, Feuerwachen, Vorbeugender Brand- und Gefahrenschutz, Ausbildung, Informationstechnik und Freiwillige Feuerwehr ein.
