Implementation of the 2030 Strategy

When implementing the 2030 strategy, the Berlin Fire Department's top priority is to expand material and human resources. The main goal is to increase job satisfaction, especially through actively shaping the community. With a particular focus on the diversity of the candidates, the Berlin Fire Department wants to attract more people with a training initiative. Last but not least, helping to shape relevant draft laws and participating in urban development and research projects are part of the implementation of the 2030 strategy.
